Our Annual Meeting Luncheon & Installation of our 2016 Board of Directors was held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at The Main Event, 112 Second Street SE, Mason City.
Zelda Elwood, 2015 Board President, called the meeting to order and presented the annual meeting report. Mike Romig, 2008 President of the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, 2011 State REALTOR® of the Year, and 2012 Local REALTOR® of the Year, led our installation ceremony. Brian Carlson, presented this year’s RPAC fundraising recognitions. Brian also presented a check on behalf of the Greater Mason City Board of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Foundation of Iowa to “My Happy Place.” Julie McQuaid, 2016 Board President, presented Rick Mathes, 2014 Past President, a gift, and Zelda Elwood, 2015 President, a plaque in appreciation for their service and dedication to the members of the Greater Mason City Board of REALTORS®. Thirty-nine REALTOR® Members, Affiliates, and staff attended.
