Each year local Greater Mason City Board of REALTORS® Members join forces with the Community Kitchen of North Central Iowa to deliver Meals on Wheels to home-bound residents in Mason City for one week every October.
Executive Officer Amber Scholl reports that 15-20 local GMCBOR REALTOR® Members deliver meals to 3 routes in the Mason City area as part of the Board's continued efforts to promote community involvement & investment. "This is a great program that we are proud to continue to support through volunteer efforts." "It is heartwarming to see our local REALTORS® participate in programs that serve our community!"

Meals On Wheels - Seniors, new parents, adults recovering at home – anyone unable to shop or cook – can have lunch and dinner delivered every day of the week including weekends and holidays.
And unlike many such programs, we have no waiting list. Good nutrition is the key to good health, especially for someone who is home-bound.
